Log In and Edit Profile

Please Review All Your Profile Information for Accuracy and edit as needed.

Instructions for New Members

Once you’re logged in to the Private Members Area of the Ibex site, you can:

Edit your profile info (ABOUT tab) of your PROFILE below. See illustration below.

Add a profile photo (Click the PROFILE tab.)
Add additional photos.
View the Membership Directory
Access Ibex Newsletters from the menu bar.
Sign up for trips and events.

Not Receiving Ibex Email Communication?

We use MailChimp to send messages to members. Message content includes event and activities announcements, trip information and the Ibex Newsletter. Some members have viewed messages on a topic that doesn’t match their interests and clicked on UNSUBSCRIBE. That simple click will stop all emails from the Ibex MailChimp account. The solution for this is for you to resubscribe.

If you inadvertently unsubscribed to a MailChimp message and would like to resume receiving messages from the club, click the button below. Then enter the same email you use to log into this site.

Lost Password?

Select the Request New Password option below
Enter the email address you used to Join the Club
Use the REQUEST NEW PASSWORD button. The system will send you a message with a new password.
Check your email for your newly assigned password.

If you do not receive an email from the system, check your spam filters to find the message. And add the the email [email protected] to your contacts.

Changing Your Password

Changing Your Password is Optional. To change your password:

Log in to your account
While on the ABOUT tab of your profile, scroll down to the Password label, (located just after the Mobile Phone entry box)
Click/tap on the word change
Enter your new password into the box that appears.
Scroll down and click the blue Save & Continue button
Your new password will be activated. Please store it in a safe place

Report System Issues

In late July 2020, we migrated Ibex’s membership data away from GroupSpaces to a new, more secure and mobile user-friendly system. Some glitches occurred. All known issues are resolved. If you discover an issue, use the button below to report it.
